Tom Heaton, born on 15 April 1986 in Chester, England, is a professional goalkeeper known for his calm presence and consistent performances. He began his career in Manchester United’s youth academy, signing his first professional contract in 2005. After numerous loan spells at clubs like Swindon Town, Royal Antwerp, and Cardiff City, he joined Bristol City in 2012. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Burnley, where he established himself as a first-choice goalkeeper and captain. Making his international debut for England in 2016, he was part of the squads for Euro 2016 and the 2018 World Cup.

In 2019, Heaton joined Aston Villa, providing experience and leadership. He then returned to Manchester United in 2021, lending depth to their goalkeeping department.
