DELIVERY COSTS

To United Kingdom and BFPO addresses:

  • Free First Class Royal Mail delivery service for all orders over £8
  • Orders under £8 are charged a flat fee irrespective of the actual postage cost

Charges for international destinations (see list below) vary and will be calculated at the checkout.

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

We accept orders for delivery addresses within the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

EU CUSTOMERS

As we are not registered for IOSS you may be charged VAT and import duties applicable to your country. In practice this has not happened so far since our products are classed as collectables and therefore should not attract any importation charges.

This is a new rule that was introduced by the EU on 1st July 2021 and has an effect for you and our business since the UK is no longer part of the EU.

Cross-border value added tax (VAT) applicable to e-commerce is being modernised in the EU. The new EU VAT e-commerce rules are fit for a Digital Single Market: fairer, simpler and more fraud-proof. As an EU consumer, you don’t have to do anything directly and there is no need to change your shopping habits or where you buy from.

However, it’s worth knowing that from 1 July 2021 VAT exemption for the importation of goods with a value not exceeding EUR 22 will be removed. As a result, all goods imported to the EU will be subject to VAT. This ensures that goods imported from outside the EU no longer have a preferential VAT treatment compared to goods purchased from within the EU.

EXPECTED ORDER DISPATCH 

Orders will normally be dispatched the day after ordering, unless the order day falls on a weekend/UK bank holiday.

ORDER TRACKING

We will send you an e-mail once your cards are on the way. The email will include an order number which you should quote  when contacting us in the case of any queries.

In some cases we may elect to use a tracking service in which case you will be sent a tracking number.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Prior to shipment: If you change your mind prior to any cards being sent, we will cancel the order and refund all charges in full.

After shipment: If you wish to cancel your order after we have sent it because you have changed or mind or the goods are not what you expected, you may return them to us up to 30 days after you receive them.
